One of the more important aspects of living agelessly is to properly maintain your body. Taking care of your physical health is something that most people never give much thought to, most of us just assume that our fate has been sealed and there is very little that can be done to change it.
This could not be further from the truth. You CAN make a difference in your physical health by paying attention to what your body is telling you. Take a moment to think about the things that bother you about your body. Are you overweight? Do you have back pain? Do your feet always hurt? You may be able to correct these issues by not only loosing weight, but by taking the time to find out what is causing your problem and doing all you can to correct those issues.
Older adults need about the same amount of sleep as young adults— 7 to 9 hours each night.
