In 1995 a study sampled 388,000 U.S. adults aged 50 to 71 regarding their dietary habits, including whether and how often they ate 124 foods. 9 years later, the study was followed up to determine who had died since the study and what the cause of death was. This information was recently compiled and published in the Archives of Internal Medicine. The conclusion?
